Olive Cheese Ball
1- 8 oz package cream cheese softened
1/3 cup chopped green olives
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1 Tbsp minced onion
Several dashes Tabasco
1 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
Mix the cream cheese, olives, onion, and the dashes of Tabasco together until well blended. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Shape into a ball and roll in the parsley. Chill thoroughly before serving.
